Using Aurorix
Aurorix is free to use for personal planning. You may link to any page. Do not scrape the site at a rate that affects other visitors and do not present its output as an official NOAA or MET Norway product.
No guarantee
Forecasts of space weather and cloud cover are probabilities from third-party models and can be wrong. Aurorix is a planning aid. Check conditions on the ground and follow local safety advice before you travel or stay out in the cold at night. See the disclaimer.
Intellectual property
The text, design and code of Aurorix belong to the site owner. NOAA data are works of the United States Government. MET Norway data are published under CC BY 4.0 and credited on every page. Coastlines are from Natural Earth and are in the public domain.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from using or relying on the forecast, including travel costs, missed sightings or injuries in cold weather. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
