How to reach the people behind Aurorix with corrections, questions about the data or privacy requests.
Diese Seite ist auf Englisch geschrieben.
Write to jonathan.holmlidh@gmail.com. Include the page address and, for a data question, the time shown in the "Data fetched" line. The page address contains the place you had selected.
What we can help with
- A figure on a destination page that looks wrong, such as a latitude, a time zone or a darkness hour.
- A bug in the forecast tool, the polar map or the hourly strip.
- Privacy requests, such as questions about the data described on the privacy page.
What we cannot do
We cannot tell you whether you will see aurora on a given night. Nobody can guarantee that. Space weather forecasts are probabilities and clouds can close a clear forecast within an hour.
